What started as a humble beginning has since grown into a thriving enterprise, thanks to the hard work, dedication, and unwavering support of our team and community.

TEP 1: EXAMINE YOUR DOCUMENTS

To ensure that your documents meet state requirements, are fully completed, and contain accurate information, we will review them carefully. This includes verifying that all blank areas are filled in and that dates and names are correct.

STEP 2: VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY

To verify your identity and ensure that you are acting of your own free will and fully understand the process, we require a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include:

California driver’s license, ID, or Senior ID

Driver’s license from another US state

US passport

Canadian or Mexican driver’s license

Foreign passport stamped by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

All of these ID cards must be current or issued within the last 5 years.  If you do not have one of the above forms of identification, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

STEP 3: RECORD & COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATE

Upon completion of the notarization process, we will keep a record of the notarization, your identification, signature, and thumbprint on file. We will finalize the notarial certificate by affixing our seal and returning originals to you.
